ABOUT FRONT PORCH CAPITAL PARTNERS
Front Porch Capital Partners was founded in 2015 by Allan Dunne and Jacob Sands to build a multifamily "value add" investment platform in the Midwest. We specialize in buying class B and C quality assets that are traditionally unattractive to institutional style investors and can be acquired well below replacement cost. Front Porch Capital focuses on buying properties that require a hands-on asset management approach and support rental growth through cost effective improvements. These opportunities offer attractive risk-adjusted returns to our investors.
